Statement Regarding COVID-19
Our service department is 100% open and staff is on duty for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and 24/7/365 emergency calls. Our technicians are wearing masks and gloves, practicing social distancing, and will communicate with customers by phone if there is any need to discuss a problem or repair. Invoices and service reports can either be mailed or emailed (your choice). You don’t need to worry about whether your generator is ready to go for the next power outage; just give us a call and we will send a technician to service and/or inspect it.
